Clean-Up the Yard

Clean-Up the Yard is a fast-paced, team game that builds throwing skills, cooperation, and active movement. Divide the playing area in half using cones or a line and scatter bean bags evenly on both sides. On the signal, students throw or gently toss bean bags to the opposite team’s side, aiming to keep their own area clear. After a set time, such as 30–60 seconds, the game stops and teams count how many bean bags are on their side; the team with fewer bean bags wins.
