7 Up (Wall Ball) is a classic playground game where players stand a few feet from a wall and complete a series of throwing and catching challenges in order.
1. Throw the ball against the wall and catch it 7 times.
2. Throw, clap once, then catch 6 times.
3. Throw, clap twice, then catch 5 times.
4. Throw, turn around once, then catch 4 times.
5. Throw, touch the ground, then catch 3 times.
6. Throw, jump once, then catch 2 times.
7. Throw, clap behind your back, then catch 1 time.
Players must successfully complete each level before moving on to the next, and if the ball is dropped or the skill is missed, the turn passes to the next player.
