The Concorde Wobble Disk helps to improve balance, coordination and flexibility. At 13.5" in diameter, this heavy-duty PVC training tool can be inflated to the user's desired difficulty. The textured massage-spikes provide maximum grip and safety to perform a variety of stability, strength and posture exercises. The disk can be used while sitting or standing to improve balance, with a 300kg anti-burst weight. Can be uses for pilates, yoga or a regular fitness routine.
