Terms and Payment:
We accept Visa and MasterCard only. Under certain conditions we can accept C.O.D. C.O.D. fees will apply and amount to $20.00 for each order.
At 360 Athletics, we have a massive selection of exercise equipment, fitness equipment and other performance items. Our products are perfect for teams, personal trainers, gyms, fitness facilities, sports conditioning camps, yoga studios, group exercise classes and more! With our advanced Inventory Management System we have multiple procedures in place to ensure we have inventory of our 1,800+ fitness products on hand and ready for delivery. In the rare case where a product purchased is out of stock, you will be notified by order notification, email or by phone with the option to cancel the item or replace it.
We do have the capability to drop ship items to a third party location the charge for this service is $6.00.
Minimum Order Requirements:
Our Minimum order requirement for wholesale customers is $125.00 before freight and taxes. If your order is below this amount, a surcharge of $15.00 will be applied to your order.

360 Athletics will handle defective product issues on a case-by-case basis. Our warranty covers Manufacturers Defects on products purchased for 1 year from date of purchase from us. If an item has been altered in any way the warranty is VOID. This warranty does not cover damage to products due to normal wear and tear.

If after receiving your order it is not what you were expecting please contact us immediately for a return authorization number at email@example.com or 1-888-360-4625.
Please keep all the paperwork that you receive with the order and any email correspondence relating to the order in case of future discrepancies.
Our restocking fee is 15% or $15.00 whichever is greater. All shipments must be returned prepaid freight with the R.A. number on the outside of the carton. Please be sure to use a traceable carrier to ensure return delivery and credit to account. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If goods are returned without authorization they will be refused. Returned merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging and the RA# provided must be marked on the carton or they will be rejected. R.A. #’s will only be valid for 30 days, please contact customer service after this time.
If the shipment is damaged when you receive it from the courier company be sure to make note on their documentation and you may refuse the delivery.
We ship our fitness and exercise equipment directly from our main warehouse in Oakville, Ontario.
